By accessing or using Meet me after 5 (the "Service"), including the website and the installable app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Meet me after 5 is an independent, free guide to happy hours and drink deals in Tel Aviv. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any of the venues listed, and we do not take bookings, payments or orders on their behalf. The Service lists venues serving alcohol and is intended for people of legal drinking age in Israel.

Every listing is checked by a person before it goes live, and we re-check listings regularly. Even so, opening hours, prices and offers change without notice. Listings are information only, they are not an offer, a reservation or a guarantee, and the venue always has the final word on what a deal includes.

Venues cannot pay to be listed, to rank higher, or to receive an "After 5 Pick" badge. Picks are editorial and chosen on merit. If we ever run paid placement, it will be labelled "Sponsored" wherever it appears.

If you use "Use my location", you allow the Service to read your device's location so places can be sorted by walking distance in real time. We do not store your location. Saved places and preferences are stored on your device, and the optional transfer code exists only so you can move them to the installed app. We cannot guarantee that data stored on your device survives clearing your browser, reinstalling the app or switching devices.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes and only lawfully. You agree not to scrape, copy or republish our listings in bulk, resell the data, attempt to gain unauthorised access to non-public parts of the Service or its systems, or interfere with its integrity, performance or availability for other people.

When you suggest a venue, upload a photo or send a correction, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and adapt it within the Service. We may decline, edit or remove any submission, and we do not publish personal contact details you send us.

Our text, editorial picks, branding and design are ours. Venue names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Venue owners who want a listing corrected or removed can email hello@meetmeafter5.app.

The app links out to maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and venue websites, and uses Google Maps and analytics providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct.

Listings are intended for people of legal drinking age in Israel. Please drink responsibly, look after the people you are with, and never drive after drinking.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of happy hour information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on a listing, from a venue's conduct, prices or refusal of a deal, or from the unavailability of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meet me after 5 and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

If you believe something on the app infringes your copyright, trademark or privacy, email hello@meetmeafter5.app with the exact page, what the material is and why you hold the right. We review such notices promptly and remove or correct anything we cannot justify keeping.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
